Azure and serverless, a look beyond the hype.
Trekanten, Tuesday 15:15 - 16:05

Serverless is eating the stack! We just gotten used to containers and now something else is killing that!? Must I re-write my application again!? No, not really. let's take a deep breath and a sober look at it shall we?

Serverless has good points and exciting promises but in this talk we don't care about that. In this session we go through the serverless tools and offerings available on Microsoft Azure, show pitfalls and issues other people have had and suggest serverless application best practices so that you can make an informed decision on what to use and when to use it, without the hyperbole.
