Better descriptions will follow, (been in contact with Jessica) but I'll generally talk about the "Ugly truth of UX," which maybe isn't spoken about so often. I'll talk about what happens when the ideals of UX meet the real world and how UX, more often than not, really is about balancing business with what is technically possible and design principles. I'll also talk about when great UX is really important and when it's maybe not as important and give some real-world examples.
